Jakarta - Ada tiga faksi yang akan mendukung pemain dalam game Assassin's Creed II. Ketiganya adalah kelompok pelacur, pencuri dan tentara bayaran.

Berbeda dengan Assassin's Creed pertama, tokoh utama dalam Assassin's Creed II memulai karirnya dari nol. Ia pun digambarkan masih harus banyak belajar karena mewarisi jubah assassin-nya secara tiba-tiba.

Oleh karena itu, dalam sekuel game terbitan Ubisoft itu sang tokoh utama akan mencari ilmu dari berbagai kelompok yang ada di Italia pada jaman renaisans.

Kelompok pertama yang digambarkan oleh Ubisoft adalah Courtesan. Ini adalah kelompok pelacur atau lebih sopan disebut wanita penghibur / wanita malam.

Kelompok ini konon akan mengajarkan Ezio, tokoh utama Assassin;s Creed II, hal-hal mengenai menyelinap dan membuat pengalih perhatian.

Kelompok kedua adalah tentara bayaran yang dipimpin oleh paman Ezio. Dari kelompok ini Ezio bisa belajar bertarung dan mendapatkan bantuan tenaga untuk berkelahi.

Kelompok ketiga adalah pencuri. Dari mereka Ezio akan belajar teknik memanjat dinding dan berlompatan di atap gedung.
